I just realized something: One of the truly most inspiring people (non-related) I know is Dr. Alvarez. We have kept in touch for six years and every time I hear from him, I get an unfathomable jolt of energy. He's one of the very few professors that has pushed me and believed in me, and I cannot thank him enough.
Aside from that, I have been slacking a bit in regards to training for my triathlon. Though, I rode a sexy 32 km on Tuesday. Sweet time, too, from what I remember.
I think I am going to make a sponsoring site sometime next week to help me pay for Lucy's surgery.
This month is super busy. I have to write an article for this book we're publishing. Sort of exciting news. Going to Mudfest next weekend. Then whitewater rafting with the teachers from my school on the weekend afterwards. And then, I'm going to Japan for Fuji Fest with Erik.
Chopped off six inches of my hair and got magic straight. Magic straight is really...magical. My hair has never been this slick and soft. I desperately miss my curls though. Oh well. They'll come back...once I shave my head. *tears*

I have the worst allergies in my eyes. Figured out the culprit. It's 'most likely' from the fold-able couch I bought off of Ant and Kate. My eyes are essentially blood-red whenever I'm around the couch. Fuck. I am wondering if I can get it cleaned, because I sure as hell don't want to fork out a cockload of money to get a new one.
B boy and a rapper. Hm. Thoughts.
Biked 15 km today. I really need to get some fingerless gloves for the triathlon. Don't think my hands will be able to take my weight. 40km is going to be a piece of fucking cake. MAYBE!

Moving to Seoul in a couple of weeks. Graduation was on Thursday and Friday. Had a blast with Seongseok and had an awful time with Byeokje.
I can't wait until I get paid again. After paying people back, I'm going to shop for a new wardrobe. I need to look spiffy as a high school teacher. This is beyond exciting. For now, I'm very content with my decision to stay another year. Who knows, might change my mind later on, haha!
Went to the racecourse yesterday with James, Alana, and a bunch of people. Had a blast of a time. Ate some yummy Dos Tacos and went to a Czech bar. Ended the night in Hongdae. Interesting night to say the least ;)

So I've an interview tomorrow at the school where my buddy did a runner. Pretty sure I won't accept the job, but I'd still like to check it out. Another interview at a girls high school near Gimpo--which would be cool because I'd be near my aunt's and everything in Seoul...But I'm not sure if I can handle all girl students since they're fucking catty as hell. And then scored another interview at a middle school in Yongin. Now that place is classy. Very clean and...c-l-a-s-s-y. But I'd be about forty five minutes away from central Seoul.
So who knows?
Oh, and I also splurged on a new Nikon D60. That shit is sweet. Not as sweet as I'd like it to be, but you know, for a beginner, this is a good DSLR. I'm content.
